About us

DAVID Vision Systems GmbH is a start-up company with locations in Koblenz and Braunschweig, Germany. It was founded at the beginning of 2009 as a spin-off of the renowned Institute of Robotics and Process Control at TU-Braunschweig. We offer hardware and software products for optical 3d surface aquisition, primarily using laser-based techniques. Our focus is on inexpensive, flexible solutions - the best example being our DAVID Starter-Kit.

In addition to the Starter-Kit, our online shop offers accessories such as high-quality line laser modules at fair prices. If you cannot find the correct module for your application, please contact us!

Software

The roots of our small but experienced software team lie within the fields of robotics, digital image analysis and 3D data processing. Our application software undergoes continual improvement: we increase its functional range and simplify its user interface constantly. We also create adaptations of our software to meet individual requirements - adopted user interface, special features, interfaces to your system, etc.
